News television broadcasters are

31st July

News television broadcasters are fighting for your guests’ attention as they promote despair, war, death, and destruction with many headline news interruptions. Those little banners that run across the bottom of the screen achieve your attention and they take hold of your consciousness. Television will diminish your positive spirit.

3. Say good things about others

My Mother always says, “if you can’t say anything nice about others, don’t say anything at all.” However, when you find yourself in a conversation and a relative says, “Remember Uncle Phil?” ” He was an alcoholic” Respond with ” yes, Uncle Phil was an alcoholic and he was the most charitable person, I have ever met.”

Connect your friend’s negative statement about Phil with a positive one. Set yourself up to find the positive in anyone’s statement and you will keep negative thoughts and depression from overtaking your life.

Og Mandino, a great motivator once said, “treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight.” “Your life will never be the same again.”

Solarmer Energy, Inc. Breaks Psychological Barrier with 8.13% OPV Efficiency

Business Wire, July 27, 2010

EL MONTE, Calif. — Solarmer Energy, Inc. has recently achieved a new world record of 8.13%
for their organic photovoltaic (OPV) cell efficiency, certified by the
National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Solarmer, a leading
developer of polymer based OPV technology, has now broken the efficiency
record for the 4th consecutive time, all in last two years. In 2009
alone, Solarmer produced three certified world records 6.8%, 7.6% and
7.9%. This new world record is made possible through the efforts of the
R&D; team, led by Dr. Jianhui Hou, Director of Research, who developed
new polymers for higher efficiency. Dr. Yue Wu, Managing Director, is
very pleased with the result. The team has done it again. This is an
important milestone for our company, and it gives us confidence that we
are on the right path to OPV commercialization.?

OPV panels are flexible and light weight, and are able to generate low
cost clean energy from the sun. Attractive and colorful, customizable
shapes and sizes, and better low light performance are just a few in a
long list of unique characteristics of OPV panels. This cutting-edge
technology has the potential to drive energy production cost down to
12-15 cents/kWh and much less than $1/W.

Going beyond 8% – a psychological barrier for the OPV industry, is an
important step forward for both Solarmer and the solar energy industry,?
said Woolas Hsieh, president of the company. This confirms OPV
technology is on the right course to become a cost effective and
competitive technology. We are very proud to be the first company to
surpass this 8% barrier. We would like to expand our partnership with
other companies, who have expertise in production technology, packaging,
and other areas, to bring OPVs to the market. Our next target is to
reach 10% efficiency by the end of 2011.?

Dr. Gang Li, Vice President of Engineering, will be attending this
years SPIE Conference on August 1st in San Diego,
California, to announce this recent achievement.

About Solarmer Energy, Inc.

Debut goal for Conlon

0 Comments | Grimsby Telegraph, Jul 27, 2010

FORMER Grimsby Town striker Barry Conlon scored on his debut in a 3-0 pre-season friendly victory for new club Stockport County at Skelmersdale.

The 31-year-old journeyman maintained his reputation as a reliable penalty taker by scoring the opening goal from the spot.

Conlon, right, dispatched a dinked effort down the middle after Danny Rowe had been fowled in the box.

Meanwhile, Jamie Devitt made his first appearance for Hull City after his loan spell for the Mariners last season.

The 20-year-old played 25 minutes of the Tigers’ 4-2 defeat against Sunderland in Portugal.

The Black Cats won the friendly in the Algarve 4-2, with former Hull striker Fraizer Campbell scoring all four of their goals.

Vacant offices come with quality furniture

0 Comments | Western Morning News, The, Aug 13, 2009

ASELF-CONTAINED, modern, end-terrace office unit, offering an unusual mixture of ground floor reception/trade showroom and first floor office accommodation, has come to the market.

Sandpiper Court is a 1980s development of two-floor office and light industrial units, set in two terraces with parking areas to the rear.

It is in the Pinhoe area of Exeter, about 2.5 miles to the west of the city centre.

Junction 29 of the M5 is two miles away, and access has been improved following the completion of the Monkton Link Road linking Pinhoe directly with Exeter Business Park, which is adjacent to the motorway junction.

Unit 9 Sandpiper Court, is an end-terrace office unit over two floors.

The offices include suspended ceilings with recessed category II lighting, dado-level perimeter trunking, combined heating/cooling units and carpets.

On the ground floor, which comprises 1,196 sq ft, stud partition walling has been installed to form a main office area with three private offices leading off, and a fully glazed partition forms a reception/trade showroom area. On the first floor comprising 1,254 sq ft, the offices are largely open-plan.

Both floors, totalling 2,450 sq ft, have their own dedicated access from street level, as well as separate WC and kitchen facilities, and would therefore be capable of separate occupation.

The unit has five off-road parking spaces, plus the ability to double-park a further four to five cars. There is also some unrestricted on-road parking directly in front of the unit.

The offices are now vacant but the previous occupier has left the unit furnished with good-quality office furniture and a telephone network, both of which are included in the asking price, or can be removed if not required.

The long leasehold interest is available at a price of Pounds 340,000 plus VAT.

We fortify ourselves, and like to think

29th July

We fortify ourselves, and like to think we?re ?safe? – because we?ve protected our hearts.

Along comes something that breaks through our walls. All of a sudden we?re vulnerable and exposed. Our pain is revealed. Our walls failed and we must deal with it – like it or not.

The first message:

Examine Your Walls.

“Where do I sandbag my emotions? Where is my wall? What do I do to keep out the pain? Is that really the best option?”

Secondly:

Many on the news have quickly turned to blame and pointing fingers.

“Who is responsible for this?!?

?Who should be held accountable??

“Who’s to blame?!!”

The message for you to ponder:

“Who is responsible for my life? Who is running the show? Is my ego or my inner child making the rules and decisions in my life – or is it me – as the adult – who?s in charge?”

Seek your own inner authority.

As time passes, eventually

29th July

As time passes, eventually all pains will have their own names. Just like the term fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition associated with pain in the muscles and soft tissues surrounding the joints. There are only theories as to the causes of fibromyalgia. Some people believe that a continual disturbance in sleep may promote the development of fibromyalgia. Depression may also be a factor in fibromyalgia. Some people get fibromyalgia after they’ve experienced a trauma or accident and this is called, reactive fibromyalgia. Lack of exercise and the brain not producing enough growth hormones are also potential causes of fibromyalgia.

The effects of fibromyalgia can encompass the whole body. Most people will feel the pain in their muscles, back, neck and soft tissue. The severity of the pain can bring on fatigue and the combination of both could be debilitating. Other symptoms related to fibromyalgia include headaches, problems concentrating, irritable bowel syndrome and stiffness in the mornings. Symptoms have a tendency to come and go. For some people, the symptoms maybe worse during cold and damp weather, but not all people will have all the symptoms.

There is no single test that the doctors can give to diagnose fibromyalgia, but there are two major factors that are considered, when trying to diagnose fibromyalgia.

Now this does not mean that

29th July

Now this does not mean that you have to become a slick salesman
with a memorized pitch for all of your prospects. It does mean that
as a business owner, you need to understand certain fundamental
concepts related to marketing and more specifically to network
marketing.

The chief type of marketing used by almost all MLM distributors
achieving success is known as direct response marketing or simply
direct marketing. This is marketing in which the business owner
can immediately determine whether or not his marketing campaign
is profitable or needs to be changed. That?s because this type of
marketing uses testing and immediate action.

Direct marketing is in direct opposition to institutional marketing,
which is the vast majority of what most people would typically call
advertising.
